MEMBER CLASSIFICATION
All membership classes provide access to exclusive NHSRT member only content. Memberships renew automatically every year on your initial anniversary. No need to worry about membership lapses or missing out on any information.
Student Members:
Student members are those who are enrolled in an initial, primary, Medical Imaging or Radiation Therapy program. Eligibility for this category ends on the conclusion of or termination of such training. The first year of Active membership fees will be waived under a bridge program. Student memberships must be validated by your Program Director annually. Once you graduate and are credentialed, your membership will be active until your next renewal when you must renew as a Professional Member.
Associate Members:
Associate members are those persons actively engaged in technical, professional or commercial aspects of medical imaging or radiation therapy
who are not Registered or certified in a primary modality by certification agencies recognized by the ASRT or hold an unrestricted license in medical
imaging or radiation therapy under state statute.
Active Members:
Active members are those who are registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification
Board (NMTCB), American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or their equivalents or certified in a primary modality by certification agencies recognized by the ASRT or hold an unrestricted license in medical imaging or radiation therapy under state statute.
MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION
The NHSRT membership year is from June 1st to May 31st. Yearly dues are $40.00. All renewing members and new applicants please complete this form and submit. Payment must be received with the application. Your membership certificate will be emailed to you.
